Moving staff from personal accounts to managed business plans means creating the workspace, verifying your domain, configuring SSO and user groups, making sure model training on company data is off and restricting connectors to approved apps. We do this for ChatGPT Business, Claude Team, Gemini in Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 Copilot, working alongside your admin.
You buy seats directly from the vendor in your company name; our fee covers the setup, the usage policy and the training. A Starter rollout covers one tool for up to 50 users and usually takes one to two weeks. Growth covers up to two tools for up to 200 users and takes three to four weeks.

Does your quote include AI tool licences?
No. You buy seats directly from the vendor in your company name. We help you choose the right plan and seat count.
We use Google Workspace. Should we still buy ChatGPT?
Sometimes. Gemini is included in many Workspace plans. We compare what you already pay for before adding a second tool.
Do you need admin access?
We work alongside your admin on a screen share, or with a temporary admin account that you remove afterwards.
How do I pay, and is GST included?
All quotes are in rupees and exclude 18% GST, which is added to your invoice. We agree the fee and how you pay with you on a call; UPI, card and netbanking all work. We send a GST invoice by email.
What happens to my consultation fee if I book a package?
The consultation fee is credited to any package you book within 30 days of the call. See our refund policy for cancellations.
Do you push a particular AI vendor?
No. We don't resell any AI tool or earn commission from vendors. We recommend what fits your work, budget and data rules, including free plans you may already have.
