1. Who we are
These terms cover services provided by S3Techpulse, registered at B6/152-153 UGF, Sector 5, Rohini, Delhi 110085.
2. Paid services
All consultations, audits, rollouts, training and builds are paid services. Quotes are in Indian rupees and exclude 18% GST unless stated.
3. Booking and payment
This website only collects enquiries; it takes no payments. After you send a request, our team contacts you to agree the scope, timeline and fee. Payment terms and the payment method are agreed with you directly and confirmed in writing before work starts. We never ask for payment through the website. If anyone asks you to pay on our behalf through a link you did not expect, contact us at sales@s3techpulse.com or +91 74399 22615 before paying.
4. Consult fee credit
The fee for a Tool Clarity Call or scoping call is credited against any package booked within 30 days of the call.
5. Third-party tools
AI tool licences are bought by you directly from vendors. We are not responsible for vendor pricing, availability or changes to their terms.
6. Advice and liability
Recommendations reflect our view at the time of the engagement. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Delhi having jurisdiction.
